     Barclay Labradors, located in the Central Region of North Carolina is a small hobby kennel which was founded in 1980. All of our breeding stock come from well bred, quality, English lines. Our main goal is to breed sound, healthy & happy puppies with outstanding temperaments and we do this by the following:

1.  OFA Hips done at 2 years of age

     2.  OFA Elbows done at 2 years of age

 3. Eyes CERF &/or ACVO, Optigen

    All of our puppies are whelped and raised up in our living room which turns into the nursery sometimes in the middle of the night.  The Labs plus a Pembroke Welch Corgi (trust me this Corgi rules the roost) are our children and best friends. The Corgi and I are right there helping Mom bring those babies into this world and it is such a joy when you hear the little squeaks they make, and you know all is well with them.  All puppies go on AKC Limited Registration, and are to be spayed/neutered by 1 year of age.
